Micro Babies Playdate #2

This is playdate #2 with my friends from grad school. We all walked around the lake with our babies in Ergo carriers.

When Gavin sleeps in his carseat, he often lifts his head and I just think its adorable.

Standing up and sitting down

Gavin really enjoys standing up now but its so cute when his legs get tired and he wants to sit down.

I may have helped him get the rings in his hands but he was very excited to be able to get them in his mouth.

Jumperoo!

Grandpa and Grandma Laird got Gavin the Rainforest jumperoo. So far he can't reach the floor so we have to put a pillow underneath and he isn't too interested in jumping yet but is super interested in the parrot and frog attached to the top.

Waiting for mommy.

Gavin sits on the bed in his boppy while mommy gets dressed in the AM. He just looked so cute that I had to take a pic. :) I seem to do this a lot. ;)

Sleeping in his crib!

We moved Gavin into his own room into his crib since he was only waking up once at night. The transition was very smooth!

One thing that helped Mommy when we made the switch was we have a video monitor which is so nice to have. I highly recommend it! Makes it so easy to "check in" on him.

Pool time part 2!

We got Gavin a fun floaty thing and since we don't have a big pool, we just put him in it in his kiddie pool. He seemed to like it! :)

All tuckered out!

Exercising is rough! This is Gavin and his friend Simon all tuckered out after a long walk around Centennial park.

Keys!

Gavin finally figured out he can hold thing and better yet, can hold on to them and not immediately drop them.

Bumbo!

This is Gavin's bumbo. It is suppose to help him learn how to sit up. As you can see, he is not too sure about it and we are not quite sure how long his chubby little legs with fit into it.

Poor sick baby! :(

Gavin got his first cold. Poor thing! We took him to the Drs just make sure he was ok and they said to just keep doing what you are doing. He slept a lot for a couple days and this is one time when he was lounging. Kind of looks like if you give him a beer and the TV controller and he would be set.

Gavin in his pool!

Grandma Weber bought Gavin a cool pool and Finding Nemo pool toys. Though he may not look it in the pics, he really does love his pool.

We will probably post all smiling pictures because Gavin does not like the camera. Everytime he see's it, he immediately stops smiling and becomes very serious.
